How fast will you actually reply?
A senior engineer reads every inbound and replies personally — average 4 hours during IST business hours, never more than one business day. There is no sales bench in between.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — mutual NDAs, DPAs and HIPAA BAAs where applicable. Send yours, or use ours. NDAs typically take less than a day to turn around.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. The first 30-minute call is free and confidential. If we conclude the project shouldn't ship as scoped, we'll say so — and you walk away with a sharper problem statement.
Who owns the code?
You — entirely. All IP transfers on payment of the final invoice. The repo lives in your GitHub org from day one. No proprietary frameworks, no licensing traps.
